CLINICAL SUPERVISION

My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and evidence-based, and my goal is to help supervisees develop their strengths, clinical instincts, diagnostic skills, and confidence in managing complex or challenging situations.

Ideal supervisees are LMHCAs or LMFTAs who have an established caseload (or are building one), work with children and teens, and are interested in exploring an insurance-based practice.

Let’s work together if you’d like to:

  • Feel more confident establishing your therapeutic framework and clear boundaries

  • Take the fear out of difficult client conversations and interactions

  • Deepen your understanding of transference and countertransference dynamics in the therapy room

  • Become more assertive and intentional in your clinical communication

  • Get supervision with specific client issues/populations - ADHD, teens, behavioral issues, anxiety, panic, depression
